Activity Description

This educational activity provides nonprofit and community based organization leaders with practical strategies to design events that generate sustainable revenue. Many organizations host events that increase visibility but fail to produce meaningful net profit due to unclear financial goals, underestimated costs, lack of sponsorship planning, and limited follow up strategies.

Through a structured framework, participants will learn how to define revenue goals, calculate projected expenses, determine net profit targets, diversify income streams, develop sponsorship packages, implement cost control strategies, and maximize long term revenue through post event engagement. The session emphasizes planning with intention and aligning event strategy with organizational sustainability. Real world examples are provided, including revenue goal modeling, multi stream income strategies, sponsorship tier development, and post event donor retention tactics. Participants will leave with a clear framework to host smarter events that support both mission and financial stability.
