    • Learner Login and Account Creation
      1. How do I create an account?
      To create an account, select Create New Account on the login page. You will then be prompted to register. All boxes with an exclamation mark are required. After completing all registration requirements, select Create My New Account.

      2. Why can’t I log in?
      If you cannot log in, you may have forgotten your password or entered it incorrectly. Passwords are case-sensitive.

      3. How do I reset my password?
      On the login screen, you will see the question Lost Password? in blue. Select this link and you will be directed to reset your password.

      4. What if I still can’t log in?
      If you can’t log in after resetting your password, select the question mark at the bottom right of the screen. This gives you instructions on how to contact site support.


      Course Enrollment
      1. How do I access a specific course?
      To access a specific course, select Course Search at the top of the screen and enter the name of the course. Alternatively, you may select Dashboard at the top of the screen, and then select All Courses to locate the specific course.

      Once you have located the course, select the course, then scroll to the bottom of the screen and select Enroll Me.

      2. How do I locate courses I have started but have not completed?
      To access courses you have not completed, select My Courses from the top of the screen.


      Course Completion/Certificates
      1. Why can’t I access my certificate?

      If you can’t access your certificate after completing a course, it is likely that you have not fully completed all course requirements. On the left-hand side of the course, you will see a list of all course components. If there is a green circle next to the component, that indicates it is complete. If there is an empty circle next to the component, it is not complete. Once you have completed all required components, you will be able to access the certificate.

      1. Who do I contact for additional questions?

      For additional questions, select the question mark in the bottom right corner. This will direct you to site support.
