This webinar will explore how faith-based organizations can significantly contribute to healthcare support within their communities. Participants will examine the pivotal role these organizations play in providing healthcare services and identify common barriers they face. Faculty will also discuss effective communication strategies and tools to engage faith-based organizations in healthcare initiatives.

Henrietta Croswell, MPH

Henrietta Croswell is the Owner and Principal Consultant of HC Consulting Solutions, LLC. Through efficient project management and consultation, Henrietta provides custom-designed services for organizations that strive to improve, excel in their operations, and achieve their goals. Focus on healthcare management, workforce development, and training, Henrietta utilizes her years of experience in public health, clinical operations, and integrated health to support organizations. 

Before HC Consulting Solutions, LLC, Henrietta was a Senior Director at Primary Care Development Corporation (PCDC), overseeing a consulting and training portfolio that includes HIV and sexual and reproductive health; care management and care coordination; training; and behavioral health. She worked with clients ranging from community-based organizations (CBOs) to large health systems and health departments. Henrietta also led the successful expansion and reapplication of a CDC HIV Capacity Building Assistance program. Other responsibilities included business development, proposal and grant writing, financial management of portfolio projects, and leadership support across PCDC. Before PCDC, Henrietta also was the Senior Practice Manager for Premier HealthCare’s largest Brooklyn health center dedicated to serving the intellectually and developmentally delayed population. She also supervised the adult day programs at YAI. At Premier, Henrietta has overseen the expansion of primary care sites to include gynecology, podiatry, endocrinology, rehabilitative and behavioral health services.

Henrietta has a bachelor’s in psychology and a Master of Public Health in community health education from Hunter College in New York City. She also holds a certificate in American Sign Language and is a Patient-Centered Medical Home Certified Content Expert.
